Along with some other parts for this mega rebuild/project bike. The pistin was shot due to not being stored correctly and was eroded in places. Not to worry, I found the right piston set pretty easily and the price was to be honest, amazing for what you actually get. The cost of shipping was really good value too which made my life a lot simpler. I did have a few other parts ready for ordering and got them all shipied together with EMS and my order arrived in 5 days. The box my order came in was well padded and nothing got any kind of damage in transit. The piston set comes with the piston, the rings, circlips and the gudgeon pin so all you have to do is fit it and away you go. The piston is weel made and I had no issues fitting the rings which had enough flex to negotiate the piston correctly. All together, very pleased with this purchase and an absolute bargain too. Thanks Webike, very happyView Detail
I'm a hobbyist, but I've been playing with CUBEngine for about 20 years. It's easy to lose the CUB transversely installed engine above the waist like a plastic model. Take it slow, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the Piston and another 40 minutes to assemble it. With the combination of PB16 and C90Cam, the increased compression increases the slow torque and Thanks to the Cam, the high RPMs turn well. I think it's for people who want to pursue it as 50, and is somewhat for professionals. It's only 50? so you won't get a torque like Bore up. If you really want to go faster, I recommend Engine Displacement VolumeUP instead of this. After 8,000 miles, I felt the Piston ring was worn out so I opened it up again. Piston rings are two rings, so they are not as durable as three rings. I replaced the new one and the low speed torque returned considerably. It's hard to notice because it degrades a little bit, but the Piston ring degrades at about 5,000 km. I think you should replace it. The Piston itself was very clean with no scratches, and some of the WPC processing worked! I think. And I have found the Piston machining accuracy to be good.View Detail
[1] Reason for purchase The 50cc engine is designed to meet the regulations of the race In order to power up while sticking to the Displacement Volume, this I chose the High-compression Piston For example, comparing MONKEY and MONKEY R, the same Engine Displacement Since Piston, which has a higher compression ratio, is used to produce power with volume We aimed to achieve the same effect In addition, the combination of the Carburetor's large diameter and high camshaft makes it possible for you to use the Carburetor in combination with In order to achieve higher RPM and more power, we proceeded with tunings
[2] Installation Even though the CUB-based Horizontal TypeEngine, which I've opened several times Installation was still quite a challenge I had to replace the Carburetor and High Camshaft at the same time, which took about 5 hours It took
Still, I didn't have any trouble with the Manual and lots of information for installation Since this is the same work as Bore up, I also prepared a torque wrench and so on
And since gasket stripping is a standard part of this kind of work, it's standard for this kind of work to be a pain in the ass Get a good Scraper! (I used KTC's in this case.) 。 You will be able to work much more efficiently
The installation of the Piston is nothing special, but be careful not to blow the Pin But it's also standard to skip it ^^^;
[3] effect From the KICK stage 'Oh? Something's different and a higher compression ratio The way the engine turns around is very sharp, especially in the mid to high RPM range is completely different - Circuit's Straight shakes off the OEMMeter! I made the Carburetor large and added a High Camshaft, which I expected When it comes to street effects, it's true, but I'm not sure how much of a difference 50cc of CUB-based engines can make and fun to ride
However, because of the higher compression ratio, Gasoline goes from Regular to High Octane It's a GS and a CUB High octane I'm a little embarrassed to say it, but I'm convinced that it's a trade-off for performance ^ ^ Of course, Gas prices will also go up a little bit, but since it is a CUB that only holds a little bit more than 3L in a full tan It doesn't feel too painful
However, the Bore up will be the better choice in terms of cosmetic value For the same price, the 75cc engine characteristic of the torque will be fatter and easier to ride I think it will be For those with a license or a penchant for 50ccs, there is no question about it I want toView Detail
[Webike Monitor] In a direction to carry out a Torque up in the direction which has and comes only out of moped license, it is recommended. You should purchase after all bearing saying [ 50 cc ] in mind.

It attached to the little cab (C50LV). Although equipped simultaneously with PB16 and C90 cam from entire normal, it was disguised as the engine which is different completely. the torque up at the time of inside rotation, and the acceleration at the time of high rotation -- it is [ both ] perfect. Until now, the slope which was being slowed down to 50 KM => 40 KM also by the full throttle is also accelerated by half-opening. custom -- if it says, only bore up will be a goods lineup which does not have a way, and it is large satisfaction although it was half the body slight doubt with goods with 50 cc.View Detail
