There is no heavy clutch operation, bad disengagement, or judder at the time of release like racing clutch kit. With the included setup collar, it is possible to set up the engine according to the engine specification from the stock vehicle to the full tuning vehicle.
●Friction plates of modern performance standards The friction plate of the Z series was developed after 1970's, and the friction coefficient of the lining was lower than the modern one, so the spring rate had to be increased in order to secure the clutch capacity.In addition, due to the characteristics of the material, the clutch of this era of kawasaki machines tends to stick easily, and the phenomenon that the engine stops when it is put into Lo gear right after starting is known to the owner. The friction plate with the latest lining made by FCC realizes a clutch set that is easy to operate without sticking. Unlike the pure racing reinforced clutch kit, it will not damage the clutch housing.
