This coil has been set to the optimum resistance value for Yamaha TCI ignition, so it does not put a burden on the ECU.
●Adoption of closed magnetic path structure However, this Raiden has a circular (loop-shaped) iron core that surrounds the coil, and adopts a closed magnetic path type that confines and concentrates the magnetic flux, making it 25% more efficient than the open magnetic path type.
Furthermore, Raiden has increased the number of turns of primary and secondary by about 20% compared with the normal coil (open magnetic path), so it is possible to send a considerably strong spark voltage to the spark plug, although it depends on the usage conditions.
[Product Description] The harnesses for the high tension cord and input connector are long enough, and the input coupler is a waterproof coupler, so you can install it anywhere you like.
However, the electrical system does not like heat, so please install it as far away from the engine and other heat sources as possible.
1) Because A / F value becomes diluted greatly even if this ignition coil is used alone, please set it by the fuel tune controller etc.
2) Check the condition of spark plug and adjust the heat value.
In engine tuning, the necessity of the ignition system of the strong spark voltage is to ignite the mixture precisely, and to approach complete combustion as much as possible.
Torque and power cannot be obtained unless the compression is increased and the over-dense mixture, which is compressed to the most severe condition, is ignited with a precise and powerful spark.
