*115cc kit is not compatible with Ape50 / XR50 Motard. *In accordance with the installation of Super Head (Stage 3) head, SP Takegawa's Big Bore Carburetor Kit, Reinforced Clutch Kit and various exhausts are required to be installed at the same time. *Cylinder thermometer is not included. *Depending on the lot, the product may be delivered with the old price and label with the old JAN code before the price change.
This kit part uses SP Takegawa's Super Head (Stage 3) cylinder head.
■Super Head (Stage 3) Inherited from the "Super Head (Stage 3) " which enables high output with large diameter valves and smooth intake and exhaust ports, the "Super Head (Stage 3) " is equipped with proven roller rocker arms and a new oil line structure for even higher output and durability. It is a high performance cylinder head. Valve Springs: Double spring system with inner spring and outer spring.
・M8 spark plug adopted Since the wall pressure between the plug hole and the port is reduced due to the larger port diameter caused by the adoption of a large-diameter valve, an M8 spark plug is adopted to ensure sufficient wall pressure.This prevents the cylinder head from being damaged by thermal deformation, thus ensuring stable power output.
・Camshaft The camshaft body is supported by ball bearings on both ends to reduce the frictional resistance that occurs in the oil journal (stock parts type). There are 3 types of camshafts with different profiles, SR-25 / SR-30 / SR-35, and they can be replaced according to the application. The camshaft included in the kit are the recommended camshafts by SP Takegawa.
・Camshaft holder with oil lines Oil line structure is adopted for the camshaft holder which holds both end bearings firmly. It is connected to the oil line in the cylinder head and enables lubrication of the oil in detail.
■Cylinder / Piston ・Aluminum steel sleeve cylinder The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet as standard.In addition, a stick temperature sensor can be installed to measure the temperature of the cylinder. Meter with stick temperature sensor
・Piston The piston skirt is coated with molybdenum for better initial adhesion.
