OEM Seat Cover ADEJE SPECIAL COLOR (Standard)

I Custom made a Seat cover for my h2sx. It looks like genuine leather, sturdy and more luxurious♪ I have the impression that it is more solidly made than the OEMSeat. It is not cheap, but I am satisfied with the customization. I did the application by myself, and although it is not as good as PRO's work, I am satisfied with the sense of accomplishment of having done it by myself.

The OEMSeat of the 2022 MT-09STD looks very poor, so after considering whether to change the entire Seat or the Cover, we decided to improve the Seat shape while changing the Cover.
The seat height of MT-09 is 825mm, which is still too high for me, and I found it difficult to get a good footing, so I shaved about 2cm off my seating position, and for the rear passenger part, I bought KIJIMA's Sponge and heaped about 2cm on the opposite side.
We chose UltraGrip for the Seat. As the product description says, the design closely resembles the road surface. "Asphalt" The material is a unique material that has never been seen before, and it is quite good. The overall build quality is also good.
I was concerned that the large size of the Cover might be insufficient since I modified the Seat shape from OEM for my own convenience, but when I tried to fit it, it fit just fine.

The hard surface of the sponge has been shaved off, exposing the soft sponge inside, and even though the sponge thickness has been reduced, the feeling of sitting on the sponge is now soft and comfortable. So far, I have not experienced any buttock pain.
The original seat shape and the well-designed cover have improved the overall look of the motorcycle and the ease of movement, such as holding the seat and shifting weight. The distance between the footpeg and the seat is a little shorter, and the bend of the knee is a little tighter, but it is acceptable for me. The PassengerBelt is also included, although I did not attach it. I am satisfied with the Custom.

The work to cover the cover and fasten it with a tucker, considering the overall shape and tension, requires a certain degree of hang, or sense. This is not recommended for those who are not confident in this process. It is better to have a specialist reattach the tucker.

Made in Italy, the sewing is very careful and beautiful. The finish is beautiful.
I was told that Comfort has additional urethane just below the seating position, and I bought it because I thought it might be good for alleviating buttock pain on long rides. However, I did not feel any benefit from it on the DUKE.
On the contrary, the additional urethane made the seat look as if it had been worn down, which is a very bad parenthesis. Since the effect was not felt and the parenthesis was not good, I removed the additional urethane and reapplied only the NORMAL surface skin.
I would have bought NORMAL or UltraGrip from the beginning if I had more information. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any examples of DUKE's Comfort seat installation.
Since this Comfort is considered to be effective for Seats with a large double seat design, it is advisable to do a persistent image search of the car model to gather information. Basically, this Comfort is not suitable for SSetc. Single Seat style Seat. It will definitely make you a fat and bulky Seat.
Even in the unlikely event that Comfort is felt to be a failure, the NORMAL surface skin can be used with additional urethane removal, which is appreciated.
The surface skin itself is of very high quality and looks and feels comfortable, so you can't go wrong if you just choose your Type carefully.
If you order this from a FOR JAPAN MODEL Seat reupholstery company, they will not make it for this Gold amount, so it is not insanely expensive in terms of Cost.
If you don't like the OEM plain Seat Covers, this is the one for you...it's also a great way to finish off a custom Seat, as the vehicle looks a top ranking when the Seat is customized.

The colour of the seat match my bike colour, if the seat cover have more padding , it will go perfect. It need skill upholstery personnel to do the cover.

The fabric is quite tight, so I had to pull it with a lot of force.
The film can be applied neatly and without wrinkles.
The Comfort type has a thin sponge on the seat surface, which makes the ride more comfortable.
The design is nice and it is a good buy.
I bought Air Tucker and applied it so it was easy, but if you try to use HandTucker, your hands may die.
It takes a certain amount of time, so considering that, I don't think the re-paste service is cosmetically bad.
